Excellent;
I would love to see how the 14" wheels look as I am thinking about these for my van.
I too would stick with 14" as costs prevent me getting new tyres when my existing tyres have plenty of life left!!
Tight me!!!?
Anyone had any problems with quality of these wheels?
Best Regards

Hi Plymat,
Think you should know of a potential problem with the fitting of the replacement studs on the rear wheels.
I've measured the diameter across the serrated part of the stud & this is 15mm my originals are 14.5mm I know they are meant to be interference fit but this !!!! Consequently you have to ensure that the stud is square to the hub when you press the stud in. Otherwise they could go in at a slight angle which could cause problems when you've fitted 5 studs and then located the wheel etc. Also I've found that the the head of the stud is not at right angles to the serrations (a slight angle) This has all come about because I removed on of the nuts suppied to fit a locking nut & found the nut thread had stripped. I've spoken to JKs and await there reply!!!

Hi StewnJoe,
Hmm very interesting and a potential major safety issue in my opinion.
I was about to order from JK but will await the outcome of your problem with the studs and wheels.
Why is it that aftermarket suppliers never seem to bother to ensure the products they sell are "fit for purpose"?
I would fit the standard carat alloys but I don`t like the shape much!!
Please keep posting with any progress.

Strange, not had a problem with mine. Might just be a one off.
JK have always been good in my opinion, I bought a EMPI twin exhust which after two months one of the baffles went, took it off and returned it and got a full refund including the postage.

I was just wondering.
What size tires you had fitted?
What is the off-set of the wheels?
I`m looking for some wheels for mine and fancy a set of 17" Merc AMG wheels.
