have tried searching and WIKI, but I don't know the manufacturer of these and have thus far failed to find a source. Any ideas please?

I think they could be Reimo latches, not 100%. Take a look on their website.

Not sure if the new ones needs to match, but if not then Westy ones are available from Günzl here.
