Wood effect on doors peeling

As the title says the wood effect finish on my doors are peeling on my Autohomes camper. Does anybody know the best way to get these refurbished.
I don't want to bodge them as the camper is in original condition and I don't want to spoil it. Any advice would be appreciated as I'm not sure what to do for the best.

Its a problem on late autohomes, the firm that was sourced by autohomes in the late 80s are no longer trading,so don't bother looking, been there and tried it, ive seen all different attempts never seen a perfect one, id say like has already been said use sticky back plastic, there was a close match by fablon but no one seems to stock fablon now, its all dc fix. If you do find a good match please let me know. Please don't paint the doors, itl ruin the interior. Hope this helps

Well I went for the vinyl option and I am pretty pleased with the result. Only the rest of the cupboards to do now :run

Looks a nice job, which brand or where did you buy it from?

That looks great, well worth viewing youtube vids on removing and reapplying veneers, relatively easy from what I've seen.

Thanks guys, yes I am pretty pleased with the result. The link below is the company I used and the colour.

Worth a go if your cupboards are like mine.
