Breathable cover for winter

Hi all,

It's that time of year for me, going to park the van up and cover... I ordered a cover from Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00C ... UTF8&psc=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) but the fit was so bad I am returning it for a full refund (one of the zips to give 'access to drivers door' broke on first undo!)

So my question is, does anyone on here know of a place to get a cover that actually fits properly? I have a tin top T25... Even my dad's T2 cover he has from Just Kampers isn't that great a fit, it's quite a stretch... Is there such a thing? Or are they all a bit cr*p?

A lot of us have found that a good quality Canuba wax is as good as a cover
it renders the paint and seams completely weather proof.
Applied once it will last for over six months
Allows the van to breathe and air itself.
using Rain X on the windows keeps the muck easily cleanable

I use Auto Glym Hi Def, not cheap but it is impressive.

I agree with Kev as well here Tony, a good wax and regular washing will really help in the winter months. I tend to only use a cover in the summer to stop tree sap and keep the sun rays off to avoid fading (both paintwork & interior).

As my van has a matt paint job. (ex bundeswher) wax is out of the question. I know some owners of ex service vehicles do wax but I am not to sure if I like the look. A cover or lean to shed is the only alternative. Is the JK cover any good?
