I apologize if anyone has this information clearly documented elsewhere on here/in the Wiki.
I did search but could not find it.
I'm looking at fitting a Multivan bed in the back of the Syncro.
I have the bed and spacer brackets but its unclear where any reinforcement plates should be fitted.
Does anyone have clear side-on photos of their bed mounts or even decent dimensions to work from?

Re: Multivan R&R bed. Definitive answers needed.
Thanks to this information I located the pre-existing holes in the side panels.
The front hole is located in a sealed box section, which means placing a captive nut inside is impractical. In the event I had a mate take a reaming tool to open up the holes and set in some proper seatbelt strengthening plates with the correct 7/16th UNF nuts. These were stitch welded into place.
I also used the same plates for the seatbelt mounts in the rear quarters and bulkhead.
The bed unit fits beautifully and opens and closes easily. I now have to affix some side pins for the back support and create a front panel.
Does anyone know how high the front panel should be and how it is fixed to the frame legs?

I have a late multivan and my R&R brackets are totally different to that, also the backrest rests on a molded part of the multivan side panels. Maybe it's because my van came with multivan wardrobe?
