Locating DIY source for T25 interior

Hi guys and gals, we have just purchased our first T25 and are loving it. We have lots of grand ideas, but we aren't sure where to start with refitting the interior. Does anyone have recommendations for where to look when it comes to customising the interior and purchasing the wood and what is best. MDF is pretty cheap, but not the best looking material.

Most conversion comoanies use vohringer - a german manufactured lightweight plywood. But it is bloody expensive - around 120quid a sheet I believe. You can by lightweight marine ply too - but it doenst have a melamine laminated surface like vohringer.

MDF will warp in damp conditions ,i know i did it..

Avon ply near Keynsham do a lightweight ply (birch I think), and can cut sheets for you (basic cuts, or cnc style with autocad files or similar). Unfortunately they don't sell laminated (faced) lightweight ply (vohringer style). I found a place near Newport on the web that seems to though, but haven't got round to asking them if they can cnc cut etc. As you might be able to tell, I'm also thinking of building a new interior... Need to get van back from welding and front end rebuild first though so may be a while....!

You can get faced MDF on ebay pretty cheap, but it's pretty heavy indecent thickmesses (much of my interior is 9mm ply, but its really tricky to screw/join when it's so thin). If you're not too worried about weight you could start with kitchen cabinets eg b&q or ikea... (eg see forum.club8090.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=85938)

Hi, I am also about to embark on the same journey! Been looking at this place on the web http://www.pbplywood.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they also do veneered moisture resistant MDF and MFC (melamine faced chipboard). Full cutting and cnc and a good range of styles. Not started mine yet so not ordered anything from them but have a look, seem ok to me!

Morland looks great, do you know if they sell pre-cut, or is it just in sheets?

I am about to revamp and would much rather use ply, their setup looks very tidy.

Not to sure, I never did business with them. I only became aware of them after making inquiries with an Irish camper conversion company and found that they used Morland sheets.
