Gas struts for tilting roof

Post by Davejenkins »

Image

Hi everyone
Can anyone help with a source to get two replacement gas struts for the tilting roof on my T25 Diamond RV?
Enclosed is a photo of one, if it came through OK.
I hoped it would have a part number or makers details on it but there s nothing.
I don't suppose you can have them refurbished?
Thanks for looking
Dave

A big thank you to Tysoe and Matt for replying. I went to SGS Engineering. Got it sorted after a couple of Emails and phone calls. The guy I dealt with was really good and patient.
Got two adjustable ones for about £60. Went for them as we didn't know the loading. With these you can let gas out to suit but you can't get it back in without sending them back.
First fit we left too much gas in and blew the rivets holding the roof on at the back. All sorted now though.
Thanks
