how much fabric and carpet is needed to retrim an interior?

Post by delinkwent »

looking into the options for our van

does anyone know how many metres of fabric/vinyl would be needed to retrim two front seats, 3/4 length r&r bed cushions, and the roof bed cushions in a camper van?

and if anyone has done a complete interior retrim including the above and all doors cards, how many metres did you use?

and if you've re-carpeted the roof lining, overhead compartment, etc. how many metres of carpet did you need/use?

thanks in advance

I recently bought 8 metres for relining my van, not the drivers cab. Will let you know how much i have left or if I need to order more. I also want to reline the roof and I think this will be extra.

High top, underneath of high top bed sliding out section, high level cupboards (a couple have carpet inside too), tailgate and slider door cards and other odd bits.......

26 square meters

But there's a lot of carpet in an Autohomes
