Thats looking good, your doing really well :ok

The only thing i would say is you could possibly do with upping the power of your welder a notch. The weld looks a little high. Dont think im being an a*** about it though  just trying to help.

My welding is getting better. Current settings are 0.6 wire : 9l per min argon/Co2 mix : 1m of wire in 20 secs : power setting 2 (what ever that is)

I've got 2 windows to do. This and another behind the sliding door. It's strange but the metal behind the sliding door window and the windscreen is near perfect.

Luckly - I have just found a local Camper Van Man with a workshop devoted to fitting out campers (He speaks a little english). I will get him to do the actual fitting of the windows.

Dutch "camper van man" suddenly does not speak such good English when I showed up with my van in the flesh :rofl .

Looks like i'll be cutting and fixing the wood myself to hold the window in place (Luckily I took some photos of the old rotten wood) :?

I think but i'm not sure, I went left to right. I used left hand to steady and pushed left to right. It looks rubbish at the start because I could not get the distance right. I feel more natural going left to right but I am right handed.

Should I be doing something different?
