I've been scratching my head over the fitting of child's front cab hammock (the nla one that screws into a and b post
Does anyone know a good height to screw brackets in ? Trying to measure from different places to get it level and worrying that it's too high for decent headroom or too low going to hit stearing wheel
Does anyone have any ideas on decent heights and measurements ?
Thanks

Yes I've read that one but doesn't mention anything about heights or measurements from anywhere

Re: Child's hammock fitting
i will measure height for you tomorrow eve
on the A post I set it a good 8-10 inches above the steering wheel to allow for sag.
Because its a hammock it doesnt need to be a 100% level as all the weight automatically goes to the middle, its almost impossible to get level as the seat belt mounts are in the way.
