If it's a 3/4 width bed, you can't really fit more than two people on it.
Your best bet is to try and find a double passenger seat for the cab, and fit the extra seatbelt.
Or, have you considered a "buddy seat" which would go behind the passenger seat and face backwards?

Might be a couple of spare threaded inserts on the chassis around that area, or possibly use the passenger seat mountings, so you'd have two seatbelts bolted into the same point (not sure if that would be allowed or not? Somebody should be able to confirm?)

That's how mine are fitted never had any problems

richlaz, do you have anymore pictures of the buddy seat in your van, woud'nt mind seeing how its fitted. looking at building my own and putting 3 point harness on the rock and roller bed or does anyone know if it would be possible to fit a 3 pointer on the buddy seat.

So, SBS man says: belt for buddy seat would come from same almost same place as passenger belt. Mine has a fixing point already (is the cream coloured circle with the cross in the 1st picture) and you just need to make sure that when you fix the buddy seat you leave enough room for the reel housing (2nd pic). Receiver comes from same point as passenger receiver. Hope this helps.
