seats (again)

Post by slamdunk »

I have been offered a pair of mint MX5 seats. Has anyone fitted these to their van? They look very low profile so getting feet on the pedals shouldn't be an issue (I'm 6'2 so I dont reckon any seat would be an issue).

Depends how far apart the mx5 seat runners are , how they attached to the floor in the mx5 in the first place and if your prepared to cut the old vw seat runners out of your van to get the new seats fitted if you have to. Anything can be done but its just how far you want to go . I have mr2 seats in my van and there comfy as hell and easy to fit . Im also 6'2" and theres no steering wheel issues.
