Not so sure rust proofing was much different...however the windows were better so didn't leak into the hidden cavitys causing the rust to start as soon..conversion windows are the worst thing to do to a panel van.

agreed, tell me. did devon ever use panelvans for their conversions as i have yet to see one

Can i vactan a surface and then plug weld on top? For example the front bumper section and then plug weld the front panel.

Yes but make sure its dry,then a coat of weldrhru let it dry them same as gasvagon
