just noticed that each of the oil pump gears have a dot stamped on two of their teeth. In rebuilding is it necessary to align these dots please?
Is it true that a DG/DF case can accommodate a 2.1 crank with minor modifications and, if so, are there suitable liners and heads that fit to the Dg/DF case to effectivley turn it into a 2.1 (inlet and carb changes notwithstanding)?
Is anyone really sure that the only difference between a DG and DF is the inlet port size?
