Tried mole grips ... just lead to lots of swearing!

I've popped out and got a stud extractor set - let's see if I can snap them!

drill them out a bit 4mm and lots of plusgas and they will come out with an easy out, ime

Or... you could try taking a chisel to the edge of the head in an attempt to get them to turn.. I have removed a few like this but its not easy.

Another way is to drill into the head of the bolt and use an easy-out but go as big as you can in size or you risk snapping the easy-out.

You could also file a flat edge top and bottom of the bolt head and then use a spanner to undo them, worked a treat for me.
