Hi guys
I'm taking the 1&3 manifold pipe off to do some welding to it but i;m having problems removing the bottom two studs/.nuts.
I've tried eveything in my armoury "freeze nuts off", penetrating fluid etc but the nuts dont want o budge and are starting to slip on the spanner.
Just wondered if anyone had any ideas before I round the nuts off
Ady

Heat? Warm them up with a blow torch maybe.

I have sometimes used a mig welder and welded another nut onto them
I have found this a really efective way of applying intense heat quickly

Thanks guys
No luck with that so i've had to resort to the cold chisel approach
I've got the first one out just one to go
