I drive a 14" with 16" wheels and 70seres tyres and with my stiffer springs and Busman lift kit i could go up to 75's!

As for converting LHD > RHD russel and i have looked at it and looked at it and we both agree (unusualy) that for it to be done properly it would be a near impossible task with a labour cost probibly close to the cost of your vehicle,
More is less, stay pure, stay poor.

So keep looking for a 14" RHD Caravelle? Looking around here the key criteria seems to be as clean bodywise as possible, am I right?

same money as here, poor exchange rate, less underseal and long way away, but some nice ones to be had sometimes. Drive it back to uk would be good. 8)

NO pretty sure some sort of import duty..

but whatever, its the base price they use to estimate it that's the problem, they won't necessarily take your word for what its worth (of course, if the boot was on the other foot, they'd write it down to nothing, good old HM Govt!)

Will bear that in mind, unlikely to go for an import anyway.

Hi,

I have 2 LHDs and from my point of view I adapted to driving them here in the UK with no issues. Same with the girlfriend. Besides, I think it is probably good for your brain and gets some neural pathways firing that don't normally do much firing!

Kerry has also never been concerned that I don't have PAS in the Westy (nor the Doka - but she doesn't drive that........well wait a minute, I don't drive it either! Planning to pick it up from CJ on 5 July so will miss Oswestry).

I'd say that if you see a good lefty and that is the only thing 'wrong' with it, then you'd be missing an opportunity.

I'll take that on board, but my preference would be RHD and I'm not in a hurry
