MANX GRAND PRIX (CLASSIC TT)

Hi guys,

Carla and me are going to the Ile Of Man, from the 19th to 26th of August for watching some classic racing, laning, fishing, chilling, visiting etc... I though i'd put a post on and see if we can get a few syncro crew over. Hope we can be a few van it would be great.

been twice as mecanic but never enjoy the island as such. did go arround the track on a R6 :mrgreen:

Lived there for 5 years... pre Syncro tho...
4 years just behind the grandstand/St Ninians...

Havent been back for ages and ages..

Maybe the Manx 4x4 club would lay on a few routes??

We did have a Syncro member there, a fireman..

Shame the ferry costs so flippin much.. :roll:

Yep 200+ quid :cry: but I haven't been for ages and my dad is coming over with a friend with his bike from south of France so I gotta do it :mrgreen: so anyone to be running after tailless cats? :mrgreen:

I go back to visit family from time to time.

We are doing CYW(if its still going) and the TT in 2015.

But as previously stated you have go once.

yep... The ven if you aint really into bikes.. you gotta go see the spectacle.. sitting on a stone wall in a village when a bike comes past at 160mph is something to experience..

got a bit too much going on this year again so cant commit now.. would be a last min job if funds allow..

Ha! I escaped for the second time in 1990, lived in Hutchinson square.
First escape was in 1979 but was recaptured in 88.

Saw my first TT in 67, can vaguely remember some bits.
