Don't change into 2nd gear until you're running up and down the full rev range in 1st.. it's just a distraction. Leave prop off for time being. Check that T2 sender connection and dry all the ISU ignition and ecu boxes out.

What isn't the engine able to do properly?

e.g. can it hold 3~4 000 rpm in neutral without hunting up or down?

Yes, it can hold high revs in neutral. As I posted earlier with or without prop made no noticeable difference to the 'struggling'.

I have had T2 sender (black screw in type) off and checked the resistance - seemed ok with my multimeter. However, I'll add one to 'my boot' when I'm on Brickwerks (again).

The last time I started it from cold it was idling and cut out on 3 occasions but then restarted ok.

I am thinking it could be fuel shortage, blocked strainer in the fuel pump or a dicky injector.

I'm keen to get this resolved and start on some of the more minor issues.

Finally got back out there with the tools and took the injectors out for an inspection and bench test. I reckon I may have found the root cause...two injectors not operating (No.2 & No.4)! That would explain lack of power.

I have got some injector cleaner soaking over night, however, I'm not overly optimistic these injectors will work again - any tips for un-seizing injectors? (Increase voltage across injector???)

I've checked the coil resistance across all 4 and they're all 16ohms so no open circuit, which suggests they're just seized.

If I can't get them to budge, do any of you good folk have any for sale??? :ok
