Left Hand Drive Syncro DoKA
Et Al
I am interested in you views on LHD v RHD?
I am looking at buying a LHD Syncro DoKa from Germany. and I was wondering what is the value differential between LHD and RHD? Does it make a difference to the value compared to a RHD model?
If 2 identical DoKa were sat side by side one LHD one RHD wold they have the same value??
I am interested to know for 2 points
1. For the assured value of the Bulli, I can compare the one I am looking at with a RHD model of similar condition year and mileage but I cannot find any thing of similar condition over here LHD.
2. Just to check I am not over paying
Have a great weekend guys!!

Personally I don't think it makes a sh!t of difference and you have more chance of getting a tidier LHD truck.

Personally I prefer RHD, I do own a LHD car (golf rallye) but never felt at home sat on the wrong side...that's up to you of course..I would say insurance would be affected perhaps?

Re: Left Hand Drive Syncro DoKA
If you want to know if your over paying, tell us what it costs and we will tell you if its too much, i´ve always seen it as a bit strange that people buy syncros from Germany, a country where syncros cost top money instead of looking a bit further north to sweden/ finland and getting twice as much for their money!
