Tristan connection(Lars) ant I think serial kombi sell them. Be warned though, the set I had and the set simon had both had one spring that was wrong. Meaning one of the old springs need swapping over. No great deal, but...

Serial kombi supplied me. Word of advice - check stock with them before you place an order.
Jäger cheaper but doesn't do PayPal.

I'm sure all the springs originate from the same place, just be aware that one spring is 'handed wrong' and you will have to reuse one of the old ones

What Lloydy said.
There is one spring that is 16" specific and as far as I have found unavailable anywhere.
We do have the kits but as noted if you use it it fouls on the star adjuster thing and locks It up so you can't adjust the brakes.

Put them on the shop, as above one spring needs to be re-used.

Help me out here:)

This is the right side bake plate, freshly painted, new springs, and ready to be installed. I used all of the new springs, and although the right one just below the star adjuster thinky is wrong sided, yet it does not block anything! Is it going to block once tighten? or it is only the problem on the left side break?

The one on the right under the adjuster is correct. It's the left side that is wrong.
Although the left side may not interfere with anything you will have problems when you come to do the other side.
See in this pic from Brickwerks Facebook page.

It turns out that the "original" setting on my van was also wrong, as described on the fb photo caption. Thats why I was confused:)
