I can tell you how my reimo is, which is not rocket science.
On the locker behind the passenger seat approx 6' up and 1 foot apart attach 2 straps using a stud popper as the affix method. On the other end of each strap you will fix the female crown part of the popper. On the potty cabinet left and right as you look forward to the passenger seat affix another male stud so it aligned hieght wise to the locker stud. The bit you have to get right is the length of the straps so that when left and right are popped onto the cabinet it is a tight fit. It wont move I guarantee that. The reimo straps can be bought to length from Reimo with the Reimo logo on. I dont know about Devon.

Potty seat
On the original Devon conversion the seat clips under the alloy bracket located at the rear of the passenger seat about 3 - 4" off the floor, there should be a locating alloy strip fixed to the bottom/back of your box.

BOX
Send me your email address and I'll send you a picture of my bracket from the bulkhead. Im sure you'll be able to make a decent one up, it doesn't look too complicated.
Incidentally, the original holes for the missing bracket will probably still be available in your van.
PS, your table usually sits on top of this bracket also.
