Eber fuel consumption.

Post by Ruby »

Hi folks,
Newbie first post so please excuse protocol ignorance!

My question is how much fuel, roughly, will my Eberspacher use per hour?

I realise that it depends on a few variables but the reason is that I want to run the 1.6TD (Westy Joker) on WVO/ diesel mix and I have heard that the heater doesn't like it, so, I want to fit a diesel tank for heater fuel that lasts at least the night!

Thanks for the info guys, reckon the one on the hyperlink is better than the combi in the house!

A gallon can should do the trick then, didn't think of the spare wheel tho. I was looking at the space between the offside rear light, service battery and rear arch.

Hope to see you out there folks.

T'Onion and kevtherev's figures seem to tie up nicely, but,

the 3 hours per litre!!! I'll not be paying for that!

Well the missus has a coat and the two littles need to be toughened up.
