Hi
I think these are top's. All you do is remove the thumb screw. It has a by-pass fuse so you don't lose your stereo code. If you try and start the van the current drawn blows the fuse.

Hi
I have a 81 2l CU and it fits under my driver seat. I have a halfrauds battery.
Suppose it depends on the hight of your battery.
Rather than clamp the battery terminal to the switch I done a small mod to my -ve battery clamp to make it harder to attach to the battery.
I have also made a +ve terminal cover out of polymorph just incase the lid shorts the battery.

Yes, but are they Thatcham rated.
Mine imobilses both the fuel pump and the starter motor. All doors covered and has a microwave sencer which is better than the ultrasonic ones as the tend to give false readings when the interior heats up in the summer. Can also set it with any window open a crack as the wind dont effect it either. When you deactivate the system the interior lights come on which is handy when its dark. You can also add to this system to allow for automatic centrel locking and electric window closing. You can add tilt sencers, extra ultrasonics, more microwaves, an extra siren. Also a 4000volt stun kit attached to the steering wheel (I wish).
