any sterio wizards out there

i took my kenwood system out of my car and fitted it to my t25 in the process i cannot get mw all others work it has the original aeriel 1988 would this be the problem or is there something i have done or not done

yep, sounds antenna based to me. you can recieve fm on a wet piece of string!

Check the radio body for a small 'trimmer' screw hole. Might be labelled 'antenna adjust' or some such. It'll bring the ferrite rod antenna inside the radio back into resonance to compensate for the extra metalwork you've hidden it in!
