Alloy fitting

now i have bolts etc for alloys but they are to big to go through, can i drill out holes myself or will they need to be machined??

best go for the latter, i would think...they're obviously not designed for a T3 so are the centre holes big enough to clear the disc/drum hub centres?...if not, you'll need to get these done as well. :?

yea centres fit they are off a merc ..i was told it would be fine to just drill themas its only a slither to small..

Yes you can enlarge the wheel bolt holes yourself quite easily.
I'm guessing you are going from 12mm to 14mm. I had heard horror stories of people breaking 14mm drill bits and having nasty catch-ups.
I therefore used a step drill as seen in this link:

This worked perfectly in a hand drill on my merc rims. It also cuts a much neater more circular hole than a flute drill of that size.

i drilled mine with a reamer much nicer and doesn't snag at all. also i heard from the clankies at work if you take the edges of the drill (blunten it) it wont snag up.
i had to put 10mm spacers on as well to stop the fronts hitting the suspention/brake hose.
