300CE Bodywork Pics (Few Before Pics Added)

Howdy All,

Picked the bus up today from the bodyshop and a few pics are shown below. Details of the works shown as follows:

* OS/NS Front Arches Fitted and Painted
* Front Panel underneath front window repaired and repainted
* N/S & O/S Side Windows removed, repaired and repainted
* Couple of marks/dents in rear arches tidied and repainted
* New to me Front Windscreen with blue tint fitted with new seal
* New N/S rear double glazed window fitted with new seal after repair
* New O/S seals fitted to both double glazed windows after repair
* Small hole in n/s rear wing cleaned, welded and coated with wax
* Front part of roof repainted
* Area between rear lights repainted
* New Aerial and New triple washer jets fitted

Now you just have to keep it that clean :rofl

No rubber matting put in place for the steps though ?

Haha! Yeah keeping it that clean is the mission although I'm now a dab hand with my DA polisher which is a godsend, albeit hard work.

I only picked the old girl up today so am in two minds as to whether to put the rubber mats in or use the stainless ones I bought years ago. I was thinking of sealing them up altogether and sealing them with a texture coating then Dynaxing it underneath.

I think there should be a law against having a T3 that shiny, shame on you for showing us all up :D

Haha!! Cheers Paul. Inside is rotten and full of dust and dirt but has that lovely fresh bodywork/paint smell :D

Got my son on cleaning duties this weekend.

Bit more work completed on the bus:

* Hole repaired and tidied with new metal in N/S rear part of arch (behind wheel)
* New sliding door panel
* Rear Tailgate tided and painted and new seal fitted
* Panel behind front bumper tided and painted

you just need to Turn that Speedshop bracket round so the Bolts are at the top :wink:

She’s currently back in for a bit more work on the roof - the seal on the pop top was not correct and way too hard, which had worn away the paint over time.

Primered up ready for paint with a new pop top seal going on - I’m also having an eyebrow spoiler painted up in the same colour:
