Firstly, a huge thanks to our Devonian friends for the great hospitality and weather during this 3rd Internatiional Devon Off-Road Weekend (shouldn't really complain but I thought it got just a tad too hot on Sunday)

Secondly, some pictures........

CJ said we would 'do' a few local lanes on Friday afternoon or as Clive said a shake-down.......

Many thanks to CJ, Kat, Freddy, Fern and Gabby (Syncrospares) for hosting the weekend, Paul for leading the Lovely, Hippy Shiny People and Simon as navigatore extrordinaire for the Matte Finish Bodywork group...

I think others will get the idea of the Friday evening 'shock horrror' shakedown from the narrowness of the lanes and severity of the rock overhangs...

Mat not only lost his head, his Syncro lost its cab

Superb meal & company at the pub but think you should get them to open the skittle alley up next time... that'd be a laugh a minute.

.. and get the council to cut that grass verge at the end of July - lethal road, thank goodness for the pole star :) (and that gibbous moon, eh Doug?)

Good Morning!

Back at my desk

Thanks CJ + crew for another great weekend

Went on a one man / 2 pub crawl on Monday night

first tried Wyndham Arms total waste of time ( I had been warned )

then a quick trot back up the road to the pub where we had the meal

much better, cheaper beer and more friendly peeps

then dog led me back down the darkest road ever

mind you you cant miss the junction at Post Cross theres like little landing

lights in the road to guide you in 8)
