You were not alone Aidan, took me two bites of the cherry - Friday and v early Saturday to make it. 6 hours on hard shoulder was chastening. 2wd lasted 90 miles and then got carted home. Got there today with Nick. And it was great , scenery, routes, company. Jeds winch, Patrick's tow ball. Sunshine, mud. We had the lot. Happy Syncro days. We even managed to not drink the case of Kentish ales I have put together for you. Next time.
Two hours jet washing every nook and crannie - Doka has a complete set of engine protection..... Even in there was complete carnage. Only interior of cab to do now which Sommelike. And I only did one day and avoided the longest & deepest run - which did teach us something - Jed needs a new sliding door seal
Yes some good dunks taking place. Got to say in my limited experience it's a lovely relaxed place to cruise around , open , good mild lanes with the odd gnarly section. Loved the feeling that we were out 'touring' . 360' views. Unexploded ordinance , what more could you want?
Got back a little while ago. Big thanks for the moral support with the van this afternoon, all sorted now though and a new MAF sensor ordered so not the end of the world. I didnt take any pictures really only a couple on my phone and it was nice to finally meet Jes and get rid of that bloody rim and also meet Hill and Baz for the first time.

Got back in good time with no issues. Thanks to patrick for the ride round. And thanks to Jes for taking sally madaline and the dog (how is missing the attention).
