You can't pay online anyway. I have to form but I haven't got a cheque book.

Hopefully we will be able to pay on the gate too.

Its that or camp on the road outside

I really hope this show is as good as I am hoping it will be. The yanks have a right good one and I think this is a great opportunity to meet other vehicle owners that are into the same things as many of us lot, there is defiantly a gap in the market for it. Dont get me wrong I love to see scantily clad ladies walk round Vanfest in hot pants and wellies but the VW shows are a bit of a bore now and the overland thing interests me much more than the general VW Campervan thing.

I am really hoping to get some inspiration.

I'm not sure what is happening. We will arrive fairly late Friday night as we won't be leaving Tolworth until 7pm.

It would be good if we can all camp together.

I would hope the early arrivals would be able to claim a bit of space if possible. I'm pretty sure nothing has been allocated.

I can be contacted on 07904 314694.

we`ll be up there early friday. no plan as such but again phone no is 07977 765818.

would expect marshalls to know where the display is.

also incase phone coverage is dodgy cb`s on to channel 25 if you have them. if im out and about i`ll try and get on the cb for 5 mins every hour on the hour.

looking forward to this now and it seems the weather may be ok ish.

Hoping to be at the show Sat evening, I'm working so should make it by 6pm. Spoke to Tom (organiser) this week and he said it was ok to pay on the gate £10 camping, £10 day visit and £7 Sunday night camping also an invite to a local pub that has re-opened for the event and serving beer and (Lasagne £6.50) on sunday night, sounds good :D

Driving up first thing in the morning. Not sure which route I'll be taking yet, though. The AA reckons I should stick to the motorways, but it seems a long way round. M4, M5, M42, M6, M1. Cross country looks more direct, but lots of stop-start driving. Going on my own if anyone fancies sharing a ride and costs. PM me.

We got a bit held up so we are going to leave first thing instead.

Does anyone know what time the gates open for camping?

well, what a great show and some very interesting vehicles. I've got to meet some "never met before" members and I've seen the Unicorn in the flesh/metal so to speak,,,,,I've offered him £10K for it, but he wont shift :rofl

Photos to follow,,,,,as everyone taking loads...I forgot mine
