Hi...

Can anyone help me with funding a high top cover which is waterproof... Not water resistant? Really want to maximise the work we've recently completed and stop rust getting hold... ;)

Thanks,

Oz

Buy your own cover  Carnauba wax is better than any cover IMO.

I got a syncro project that probably needs a few thousand thrown at it, I can give you guys my paypal! ;)

But seriously as Rob says, a good wax would be better than a cover.

Thanks all.

It might be a cover for the tone being until I've worked out which of the window seals is not being a seal...

Go outdoors sell a good high top cover.
Has 3 adjustable straps underneath and 3 at the back to make a snug fit.
I bought this as my van was also leaking, helped to dry it out.
E D I T this is breathable and waterproof, my roofrack gets like a paddling pool if not secured properly.
Have had to cover corners of van as when its windy it rubs

Also depends on what paint finish you have, I had a car which had to be left idle outside whilst I was away, so I put a cover over it for several weeks, came back took it off and there was all these blotches over the car, I spent hours if not days T cutting and then polishing to bring it back, it was a cheap cover so that may have had something to do with it.

Well if it isn't a breathable cover its gonna retain moisture which is probably just as bad if not worse.
