Hello all. Has anyone got, had, seen or made a centre console? I want to make something that sits at the front and therefore surrounds the gear stick rather than one that sits at the back and blocks the way. Any help would be gratefully received.

There were various centre cubbies back in the day, especially in South Africa, they even made a beer cooler for the aircon system.
I've got the centre cubby out of a subaru outbback here if you fancy trying to adapt it ?
