Due to previous owners and modifications complete replacement of fuel lines required.
Off the peg won't fit, 2.0 CU mechanical pump replaced by low pressure electric pump, and carbs replaced with twin webbers.
I want to create a fuel rail at bulk head engine bay using 8mm male pipe adapters into some sort of manifold. Has anyone done this before?
Main question is hard line as I mentioned off the peg not necessarily an option since I may end up binning half of a kit. I want to make line from scratch, what is the hard line material (plastic, polythene, polypropylene, polyethylene, ptfe or something else)?
Obviously want to get the right material to resist modern fuels.
