Using the Leisure Battery for Starting.

Hi Guys
My daughter is out in Cybil at the moment and complained of slow starting.

If there is a battery problem, is there any reason why she shouldn't link the leisure battery + to + using the jump leads that Cybil always carries?

Batteries are the same type.
Cheers!

That would be ok. But the problem could be a lazy starter motor. You also need to check the output of your alternator is it putting enough power into your batteries.

Yes it will get you out of trouble , but if you have a true leisure battery , it will damage it , once maybe ok, but more than that and you will be looking for a new battery
it won’t hurt the van tho
