White sticker missing

On our 16" doka, I'm looking to get a duplicate made and have all the info but not sure on the top line of numbers, I found some in the original German documents, are they correct and what do they mean? 3805 33-1-6037 184 76

it looks like the normal top line of the white sticker
the 184 is country code for Germany Audi dealers SW region the 74 is probably the code for the particular dealer in that region
