Sliding door Lower bearing

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and T25 ownership and was hoping for some advice.

I have a 1983 T25 Autohomes camper conversion with rigid pop top. I am in the process of a complete strip and refurbishment job with it.

I have taken the sliding door off and want to replace all the bearings as it was sounding a bit rough before.

I have managed to get the nylon blocks, middle door bearing and one I assume is called the lower verticle bearing, as in this link. (https://www.vwheritage.com/251843419-sl ... e-vw-spare" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
But I can't seem to find anyone that sells the other lower bearing.( lower horizontal?)
To make things more confusing, the piece that has come off my van doesn't look like a bearing either and I've attached two images of what I have taken off.

Is this the correct piece, or should there be an actual bearing?
If an actual bearing, does anyone have the dimensions, so that I can go to a local bearing shop and get one please? Or if anyone can advise where to purchase. I've tried JK, heritage parts, Allen Schofields, custom commercial and brikwerks with no success!

It seems the post 85 van parts are everywhere, but the early ones aren't.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers

Andy

Thank you!

Is there a parts catalogue on here or one that you would recommend to get the part numbers and locations of parts?

Cheers

Andy
