Hi there - i'm in the process of getting my first T25 - Can't wait just searching for the right beast. In the meanwhile I may have found the perfect wheels but have no idea if they'll fit even with a spacer kit.
They are porsche rims and the stats are:
Rim Width: 7J Number of Studs: 5
Rim Diameter: 15 Stud Diameter: 130
Offset: 52.3 32.3 with 20mm adapters
any advice welcome, I had a look at the Wiki but it confused me even more!

I assume these are 17"/18"?
I'd opt for 25mm spacers to avoid rubbing of tyres on the suspension from experience running this setup.
225/40 tyres work well even on a lowered van. Just go for a quality brand as the load ratings on cheaper ones aren't as good.
