I want to refresh my wheels without spending much. Is there a decent rattle can that will do the job for a year or so

Just got mine out to try on another set of wheels

I bought it from Halfrauds, but it's actually Simoniz Wheel Silver acrylic spray paint

I've used Simoniz wheel paint in the before for steels and alloys where a budget refurb is needed. Has always gone on quite well and lived up to daily use.

Not done any for quite some time but believe it used to be marketed as Simoniz 5 wheel silver, availale in alloy silver and steel grey (sort of anthracite metallic)
Its supposed to be enough to do the face of 5 wheels but personally I'd say you would be better with at least two cans for 4 wheels.

Was buying from eurocarparts with various discounts so worked out about £4 a can. It looks like they have stopped stocking and are now have normfest, optima and hycote.
I've used the optima for stuff and found ok but note they are smaller cans.
