Wheel issues do i need spacers?

Hi i got a project camper and i am slowly getting there i replaced bushes at the front radius and lower track contol ones think thats what they are called put radius back to what they were beforehand, but now wheels pointing out and camber looks out so im a little confused also the passenger side wheel is rubbing at the top it was always really close so dont know if i need spacers alloys are as far as i know are et34 and think of old merc, any help would be very helpful and thanks oh and im mike new on here!!!
