Smooth steel wheels.

Post by triumph »

Hi folks, I am quite new to the van world, but have had a beetle for a few years now.
So I have an 83 Devon, which has alloys on it already, but I am keen to change these for some (ideally) smooth steel wheels to go with some baby moon hubcaps/ whitewalls etc.
So it seems that smooth steel wheels in a 5/112 do not exist, so I assume I would have to go with wheel adaptors for 5/205
The limebug site says that the adaptors however can't be used with disc brakes though? Does this make it impossible?
Is there an easier way to do this?

Thank you in advance!!!

Are you wanting smoothie for a t25 if so they are 5/112.Could always go with standard steels with hubcaps and chrome trim rings.

Probably because the holes in the wheels are to keep the brakes cool.
