Seems ridiculous to ask, but I can't find info on what was factory standard for the 14" Syncro.
Currently running American "27 x 8.50 R14" . Though using this nice website:https://tiresize.com/comparison/ they equate to 205 80 14.
I'd like to keep the 14" wheels, so no mention of mefro please!

Re: Syncro 14" standard tyre size
I understand they're the same sizes as for a 2WD, i.e. 185 R14 or 205/70 R14.

Re: Syncro 14" standard tyre size
Thanks, but after a visit to my local tyre garage I now realise this is very tricky / if not impossible to source good 14" 4x4 tyres.
I think I'll run the ones down I have, then, err, mefro!

Re: Syncro 14" standard tyre size
Hi Gary,
I have these on mine - http://www.general-tire.co.uk/Van-Tyres/Eurovan-Winter" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and they've performed great so far. Worth checking out, excellent traction, load rating and available as 185 R 14 (I run this size).

Re: Syncro 14" standard tyre size
Syncros came with 185r14, 205r14 and the option of 205/70r14 (forgetting 16" syncros as thats another discussion)
I am just trying to source some 205r14 tyres specifically for all weather/all terrain.. (Speaking with a tyre manufacturer)
185's dont look right these days.. Matt has that size on the 6J pepperpots and his camper is powered by a 1.9 petrol which wouldnt like the taller 205r14.
195r14 are available in an all season but really not much bigger but look ok..
The 205's I run are no longer made and are bloomin brilliant (Yokohama Y354) they do everything...
205/70 are available in an all terrain, (Nexen rodian I think) I havent tried them but they are actually slightly smaller diameter than the 185..
205's need the 6J Syncro rim or they look a bit squeezed on the std rim
If you can hang on a bit I should have some news in a few weeks.

I’m running Maxxis 195R14 A/T, they’ve been spot on and handle anything I’ve asked them to do.

Re: Syncro 14" standard tyre size
And idea if the the Maxxis would fit on standard 2wd caravelle rims and arches no problem?
