Replacement cabinet hinges

Post by Madgooner23 »

Just got a 1986 T25. Some of the hinges need replacing, but struggling to find a match. Any clues anyone? Can’t work out how to post a pic, but can email it!

I would go down the path of removing them and refurbishing, if they still open and close and come off they can be wire brushed/sanded and repainted they should come up ok, saves time and effort in looking for similar types or replacements/different fixing which would require new screw holes etc.

Annoyingly one hinge is missing and a couple are really buggered. I was looking at a westfailia hinge, looks similar but not exact! Thanks for the input though.

Thanks Tony, they look similar except on mine one of the sides is completely flat. Really struggling with finding an exact match!

Went for the camping culture ones in the end but had to modify the cabinet slightly.
