Insulation and sound deadening

Post by Rascal »

Is the general opinion that the factory insulation I'm assuming it is in the late caravelle OK... Or should I update to some modern dodo stuff from recycled plastic bottles... What's inside just looks like loft insulation...
Any thoughts?

I've used the trim from harrison, closed cell foam, very happy with it, also a layer under the floor
