Lhd drivers window (not that it makes a difference) squeaks big time when going up. (manual window) I can see as it goes up it tilts towards the lock end of the door suggesting that there is a lower runner missing.. Had door apart an appears to be nothing there than a angular piece of white foam attached to the outer skin. Can't seem to find a lower runner part?
Am i missing something thing? some one has had there fun previously as the central locking appears to be missing and they cut hole in the heater unit to the stereo.....

Is it the rubbers? You could dry silicone spray them which helps.
