Ref Eberspacher fuel line fitment
I have just fitted the T( 6x6x6 section) into the diesel Fuel Pipe supply line very close to the fuel tank , I have changed the flex hose on the fuel tank  to accommodate the 6mm T. The T is a brass construction the internal id
of the brass T is very small my question is will this reduction in Id cause fuel starvation at higher rpm .

I think the T should go in the return , iirc

Doesn't need to go on the return as there is no lift pump in our tanks. It isn't until you get to T5 and T6 vans that you have a lift pump in the tank.

I can't work out why you are using a 6x6x6 tee - the spigot on a diesel tank is 8mm so you should be using an 8x4x8 tee or 8x5x8 if you are using oversize fuel pipe. Normal heater fuel line is 1.5/2mm ID x 4/5mm OD so why are you using a 6mm to tee off with?

School boy error-Just revisited van, checked the T supplied in kit , I do have a 8x8x6-5 ,T which can be fitted with  an extra piece of 8mm Id fuel hose Engine side of T, thanks for the reply’s . On another note is it worth fitting the exhaust silencer (d1lc eberspacher ) ?

Some like a silencer, some don't. If you do fit one it works better mounted close to the heater - it serves no purpose stuck on the end!
