Pop top topper

Hi,
Bought an air hiking mat similar to this one a few years ago to make the pop top mattress more comfortable:

I find it helps but not as much as I'd like. As I sleep on my side after a few nights I start to find it uncomfortable. It's also a pain to store (esp if on the move alot) and takes up alot of space, would put up with this if it was really comfortable. Saw this this other day and while it might not be much more comfortable at least it's packs up very small. Any one used one?
