Covering battery boxes
Hi all. Need to cover the two battery boxes under the front cab seats as currently just the bare metal. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best material or suppliers for something like this? Cheers, John

Re: Covering battery boxes
I used silent coat panels from amazon under there as well as the rest of my van. Have no ides if they did anything as never drove the van before restoring it but the van is quiet, well other than the wind noise due to the lack of aerodynamics

Thanks mshaw. I'm looking more for the finish on the outside of the boxing. When I bought it the previous had (badly) glued some very thick carpet on that didn't look great and was falling off as well! Need to get round to replacing this.
The silent coat stuff looks for sound proofing and think I might investigate that further. Cheers!
