skdub we have the f45 on our KOMET ran a bungie cord through the pole section / figure of 8 section of our Outwell awning that fits to the van then fitted 2 hooks on the end of the bungie cord, we pull the awning section up over the Fiamma and pull the bungie cords over each end then hook on to the Fiamma brackets works a treat and never had any issues, hope this makes sense. this might help
