OK so only the legs fold but for those of you who just have to have everything in your kit

It weighs 20 kgs !!!! I would have to leave the dog at home if I had one of those otherwise I would over load the van.

That does look the business.

I have been thinking about building a pizza/bread oven but now I am seriously looking at this Uuni Oven.

Just buy a cob it does the lot . Comes with stones or available in gas :ok

We've got the Uuni oven, works very well although haven't taken it away in the van yet.

I had a look at the Roccbox at the New Forest Show, looks well made solid fuel or gas but a lot of money to make cheese on toast!! :run

I have a recipe for frying pan pizza. Just as good (IMO) as an oven baked pizza, and nothing extra to cart about. I'm not knocking the folding oven - it looks the business. But it won't be on my Christmas / Birthday list!

I saw the Uuni at a recent show and passed details onto brother-in-law. He researched, ordered, arrived in a day and was cooking on it that evening.
