This interior came with the camper and we thought of changing it but it looks so warm and cosy as well as in keeping with the age of the camper we now have decided to keep it. I am looking for replacement door knobs/openers but that will be all that's changed.

Still got my original devon interior, gave it a paint, put some new curtains up and got some seat covers made, blue vynl wrap on the fridge, made some new cupboard doors, new table and new floor.

I appreciate the before pics look ok, but it was really tatty and tiered close up.

Nickbee,

I have looked at the 'extension' - very impressive, unfortunately just a little over my skills and ability! I think I will just start with tidying up the interior cupboards!

I love that, especially the drawer/cupboards, bed looks very narrow though. I'm sure he posted cad plans at some point.

Thanks. After 18 months of ownership it's really feeling like mine now. The bed upholstery is the latest, recent addition and I'm really pleased with it. It's made a huge difference and is nice to have new memory topped foam which is lovely and comfy.

The company that made it is comfortz leisure. They are just branching out into rock and roll bed upholstery having supplied roof toppers and upholstery for the Mazda bongo for a long while. As such the price I paid was really good and certainly very much cheaper than everywhere else that I researched. I would definitely recommend them. They were quick and their customer service is brilliant.

Ha!! The throw over on the bench seat is just a temporary fix until I get the foam delivered for the revolving bed. :D

Your headlining and carpeting looks very tidy too. Did you do that or was that already there.

It was all a first timer DIY job done by myself and for the units a neighbor with woodworking equipment and I.

The floor covering is a lino type industrial covering. The sparkling bit are a bit exaggerated in the photo and it looks good seen in real life. Something tells me its going to be hard to keep clean...

Sorry for hijack....where would you recommend for bendy plywood and what thickness did you use? Are the main DIY stores a decent source? Intending to use it for my buddy box/seat/battery enclosure project... cheers!
